The 5th China Symposium on Cognitive Computing and Hybrid Intelligence (CCHI2023) will be held in Nanjing on October 28-29, 2023, China. This conference is hosted by the Information Science of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Chinese Association of Automation, and Chinese Society for Cognitive Science. It is co-hosted by the Hybrid Artificial Intelligence of the Chinese Association of Automation, Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, the National Key Laboratory of Human-Machine Hybrid Augmented Intelligence, the National Engineering Research Center of Visual Information and Application, and the TRICO Robotics of the Chinese Association of Automation, ACM Nanjing Section.
Since 2018, CCHI has been held for four times. It becomes the top-academic conference focusing on fthe intersection of human-machine hybrid intelligence, cognitive science, and neuroscience. Over a hundred academicians and more than 200
top–reputed scholars have attended the conference and held special discussions on important topics in the field, making CCHI be a flagship conference in the field.
CCHI2023 aims to promote the research and development of artificial intelligence in China, and invites world-renowned scholars from both domestic and international to share the latest achievements and trends in relevant research fields, so as to provide a communication platform for world-wide scholars, engineers engaged in artificial intelligence-related research.

All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.
Note: All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
The Secretary office of CCHI will be collecting all the contributions and managing the daily organizing work of the conference. All the paper peer-review process will be completed by the conference Program Committee members and externally invited expert reviewers.
