A．Notes

1)At least one full registration is required for each paper or abstract submission. Unregistered papers will not be published (only one paper can be registered for per registration). If the same author has more than one paper accepted, each paper needs to be independently fully registered. The total length of the paper should not exceed 6 pages (including references). The maximum length of the paper should not exceed 8 pages (including references). Extra pages will be charged by CNY400/page.
2)For the author registration, please indicate the paper ID when registering.
3)For participants who are not CAA members, please register by regular registration.

4)For CAA Members (including student members), the cell phone number reserved in the membership system is required when register, please fill in the cell phone number and name accurately.

Refund Policy

If you apply for a refund before 30 days in advance of the conference, the handling fee will be waived.
If you apply for a refund 15-30 days before the conference, 30% of the handling fee will be deducted.
If you apply for a refund 7-15 days (inclusive) before the conference, 50% of the handling fee will be deducted.
Refunds will not be issued if you apply for a refund within 7 days (inclusive) before the conference or if you do not attend the conference.

* The e-invoice issued after the refund application is approved will be void. Refunds will be processed starting after the conference and the handling fee will be invoiced as a conference fee.
